So , are the designs being pirated or not ?

another press release says everything bar the folder is still endorsed ?

I might hold of any purchases until it becomes clear exactly what the story is.

The pic you posted is a Ontario RAT-3 in D2, which is now a pirated knife that Ontario is building since they refuse to pay royalties and have no contract with us, but continue to use our name, logo and likeness selling their knives. If that sounds like I'm a little pissed about how Ontario is operating, well, I am.

Big Bad Boom, You might want to look at the dates on posts you reference. Before Ontario began threatening us, trying to trademark our property and stopped paying royalities for product they sell with our name on it thereby breaching the last bit of contractual agreement we had --- yes we fully stood behind that statement and intended to support the product. BUT since that statement was made they have resorted to outright theft and pirating. Our only recourse has been to hire an attorney to go after them to try to bring their theft to a halt.

If you would also bother to read other posts made since that time you would clearly understand what has transpired since then. But then you have haven't you? Hi Ken. :)
 
well if it makes sence , I removed the link to a site that had that labeled about 20 april which is relatively recent.
Guess I didnt notice the original statement was from 3 months ago.

Sounds like a grubby business.
