I’ll also add, I wish I still owned that Aimpoint Patrol. I am putting a red dot on one of my rifles again. That I had found one locally but it didn’t work out.

Nothing wrong with the G20 that doesn't afflict all other Glocks (the inhuman grip angle) and some people don't mind it. There are some good options- Springfield XDM, FN, maybe even the SIG X10. Unless you have really long fingers these options might feel better to you. You can't really go wrong with any of them.
 
I ended up moving my “SPR” type set up and had this rifle set up almost identical to my main rifle as a back up but the idea hit me that I really needed to make a dedicated home defense gun.

I usually run an optic on an AR and my wife doesn’t shoot enough to get used to a scope even if it has a 1x. When I did have a 22 set up with a red dot she dominated the range. Ended up with this Holosun at a good deal and I’m kitting it out for home defense. Gotta grab a sling and zero it and it should be good to go.

Suppressor shopping this weekend.

Then get my wife used to the set up.

How do you like the Ram Jet? Price worth the recoil reduction? I’m mixed with the tube reviews. Those that show slow motion, looks like it works but for the money not sure it works as well as I’d like.

I felt the same. I prefer a 17 hands down for shooting and I'm a big guy and can carry a 17 but a 19 carries noticeably better for me. A buddy of mine has his 19 with one and he let me shoot it side by side. It was noticeable and I ended up ordering one. I like it so much I'm putting one on one of my 17s as well.

A couple of sights with the % off they do occasionally allowed me to get into them a bit cheaper.

Again, as I stated earlier my wife does not shoot much and she also has really weak hand strength. Anything I can do to help her if she needed to use one of them for some reason is helpful in my mind as well. 124 plus p is stouter than 115 FMJ and she struggles with 115 FMJ.
 
Yeah love shooting my 17, 34, 17L way more than the 19. For some reason the 19 with a standard mag hits the bottom of my palm just right and that it is annoying. I guess I better start watching for a deal and order one and put on the 17.
