I go for simplicity though I've got the latest in autos. An S&W M&P on the right hip, an S&W M&P on the left hip, an S&W M&P stashed in the truck, and an adjustable sight version at home for checking out new rounds. All same caliber, same bbl length, same N frame. 4"x.41mag. Also have 4" S&W .357
Highway Patrolman for sub-caliber practice. And 6 hks mod 57 speedloaders per 41. Hey, for 25 years I've bonded with the 4" N frame as what jumps into my hand. Then later I wonder what it's doing pointed downrange instead of still in the holster. Who drew that?
Browning HP, Glock 17L, Commander, SAA, Police Positive Special, Cobra, Official Police, Python and all the rest --- love them, but it's the mod 58 M&P that is there.
