Guns & Hinderers

Hinderers are in the other Safe but..... Guns gotta have Ammo. Right?

Nice ;)

Makes me sad, I had to divest a good portion of my stockpile on my previous to last PCS. I would usually just load up the truck but this last one was to HI so I was outta luck.. Stored some at my folk's house but gave away probably 2/3rds (probably a few thousand rounds..)

You need a friend like uhmmm...me.

I have "baby sat" things both known and unknown for friends and they were picked up just as they were left no matter how much time passed. The price...a thanks or a nod of appreciation (sometimes both) and done.

Lol, thanks!

Yeah, I have friends that would do that (as would I). I usually pay up in beer (or scotch depending on the friend) and BBQ.. It was more a matter of circumstances, timing, and since most of my good friends are also in the military and one never quite knows when orders will drop I didn't want to burden them with my crap that they'd have to deal with in that case.. So, instead, a bunch of buddies got a ton of 9mm, .308, .40, and 22lr (about 2000 rounds of that, wish I could get that one back but at the time I was like, meh, easy enough to come by..... little did I know..). I was able to get the important stuff (.45, .223, 30-06, and my big bores) up to my dad..

On occasion I have used climate-controlled and active/passive security storage for mine and buddies gear when all other options were not possible.

They're ok .... :D

That is a gorgeous Hinderer! What size is that and what finish? Is it a non flipper (and how is the non flipper variety if so?)? I'm a fan of the g10 scales in general, but I think I may have to hunt down a titanium scale one day. You know- after I actually get a Hinderer.

3.5" Custom (yes, Flipper) She is a beauty. Wish I could get pics to represent. ALL Ti is always the cats butt ....I like G10 too.

I'll chime in although mines only plastic =). Here is my EDC along with my first ever Xm-18 I got on monday!

Not as impressive as the custom grips on the Eclipse, but got a deal on a set of Mil Tacs from a friend, don't think they look too bad, just waiting on a set of stainless grip screws, damn metric threads

Quite an EDC. Can you guys open carry there? I gotta say for as lax as our gun laws are in FL, it blows my mind we can't open carry.

Open carry is legal in WA without a license. As long as you are legal to have the firearm and are of legal age, you are good to go.

I personally carry that rig IWB everyday, it just helps if you have proper setup :-).

Not the highest quality photo- I'll try to post a better one in a room with more light at some point, so I don't have to try and hold my flashlight just to give enough light. As I've said before, this is my favorite thread on bladeforum, so it only seems right that I post here on my first day of Hinderer ownership!

Cool picture, I bet the mini 14 Ranch gets a workout where you like.

Probably not as much as it should. The Mini 14 was my dad's, and he thought overly decking out the mini 14 ranch with a tactical rail, eotech, and light was more fun than his AR because "everyone had decked out ARs. How many awesome mini 14's have you seen lately?" I actually haven't even had the chance to shoot it yet, but now that the weather is less oppressive I need to.

^ That thing is sweet! I've been contemplating getting the 45 version. I have an M&P .40 cal compact now but I'd like a little bit more knock down power. How do you like yours?

Thanks Jensen :) You will definitely get more knock down with the 45!!

My brother in law has the 45 version. You pretty much need the pinky extension when you're firing that cannon ball to keep it manageable.

They really are sweet guns though! I like mine a lot! I switched from the glock 27 to XDS
