I think Matteo Escobar is actually Rod Graham.
Nope, not me.
Since you continue to ignore my request to you to post the e-mail, which is out of consideration, and you continue to call me a liar....here it is.
This is the post that instigated the email. The single, lonely post. This is it.

"I had a similar experience, only worse.
I ordered his sharpening system with the different sandpapers and leather strops that attach to the station via spring loaded clips. When it arrived the leather strops were missing from the box. I called to ask about them and he told me that he was going to make a batch soon, and when they were ready he would send them out to me. Two weeks go by and nothing, so I call again. He tells me they are almost ready. Three MORE weeks go by and I call again. This time he actually has a little attitude with me, like I'm bugging him. He actually said to me, word for word, "what, you can't sharpen your knives without them"?
At that point I gave up hope, but they did eventually show up about a month after that."
And then I received this email:

I read your post regarding my company. I have no record of a sale to Matteo Escobar.
If that is not your real name I would like to know who you are.

Mr. *********,
You can quote something that you claim I said to you verbatim but you don't remember the date of the order. The order came in on March 10th 2003, four years ago.
I don't show any record of any email correspondence with you, and I don't recall of there being a problem with your order.
I don't know what your ambition was in posting your remarks on Bladeforums, but as a result you have convinced a potential customer to cancel their plans to place an order with us.
Using a pseudonym on a public forum to berate our fine company is a cheap shot at best. The fact that we have lost revenue due to your claim of a problem that may or may not have happened four years ago makes it worse.
I'll give you until the end of the day today, 3/21/07 to produce some documentation substantiating your claim. If you do so and there was a legitimate problem I'll do my best to rectify it. If you are unwilling or unable to do so I will respond to your post on Bladeforums and include this correspondence.
In addition, be advised that If I don't hear from you I will seek a legal interpretation as to my rights to recover losses based on your actions.

Keith,
The Good, Bad and Ugly forum is a place for people to relay their buying, selling and trading experiences with others. What I posted was my experience with your company.
Exactly which part of my post do you take umbrage with? Are you saying that you did ship the strops with my order? Are you saying that I didn't have to call you three times? Are you saying that you did not ask me if I could not sharpen my knives without them?
What I posted is accurate, if you would like to dispute it on Bladeforums that is certainly your right.
Matt

Mr. *********,
Forums do not provide you with the right to hide behind a pseudonym for the purpose of recklessly maligning an individual or business endeavor, and further, there is no protection for you in this case.
Your freedom of speech is limited to the truth when your words affect another financially or cause some other hardship such as damage to their reputation.
There is a saying ' There is no slander where there is truth' and I'm providing you with the opportunity to substantiate your claim and if it's true I will remedy your situation.
Otherwise I will consider what you have written as slanderous toward myself and my company and proceed accordingly.
Again, you have until the end of today, 3/21/07.

Keith,
Clearly there is no way for me to prove that the strops were not sent to me until weeks after the original shipment arrived at this point. However, you can prove it. If you are truly trying to find out if I'm telling the truth, and you keep accurate records of everything shipped out of your shop, go back and check.
Once again, exactly what part of what I posted do you dispute?
Matt

Do you remember now? How you clearly threatened me with a lawsuit over that single post?
