Happy 4th! We went to our town`s parade this morning.

If any of you remember, before Hanna got sick she took dance classes, in fact a week before she was diagnosed with leukemia she had a recital. I`m very, very, happy to say that Hanna will be starting dance again in September!

How cool! She sure is a strong young lady with great resolve. :thumbup:

Cool beans -

I always set up a canopy on the riverfront and stake out a claim to our family viewing location for the Peoria fireworks display.

Steph brought Emily and Lauren, and my daughter in law brought Clayton. My dad and step mom were there, along with a bunch of my friends.

We had the best spot on the river. I took a vid of the finale and posted it to youtube - Maybe John can show it to his girls -

Becky and Dave took Hayley, Hanna, and Emily to the zoo yesterday. This picture says it all. Back to the hospital tomorrow to have counts checked, hoping for good news.

Hanna`s counts are so low they have to stop chemo until they go up.

Hanna went to clinic for counts yesterday. Her ANC has dropped again. All chemo is on hold until her counts are higher. She will be pretty much home bound to keep germs away!! She goes back in one week to check counts again.

Becky posted this on Facebook, and I highlighted the part about all of you here who have supported Hanna.

One year ago today we were told those awful words.... Your daughter has cancer! That was the most unbearable thing to hear and still when i hear Dr. Canner's voice in my head, i want to break down all over again. Hanna has been through so much since then and she is still as crazy and silly as ever !! It's incredible to watch the amount of strength she has. Over the past year we have had a chance to meet some wonderful families....Thank you to those moms, I'm not sure how I could have made it without you!! Hanna has became so close with some of the other children at clinic and I'm so grateful for that. We all know what the other is going through and there's nothing else like it. Our family and close friends have been beyond amazing with all of your help and support... we are so grateful to have you in our lives!! Thank you to everyone who has been following Hanna and supporting her in this journey! It means the world to us to see how many people care for Hanna! All of the doctors and nurses at children's advocate are truly a blessing!!! We couldn't ask for better! One year down.... GO HANNA
