Mine came today.
Any one know what the difference in blade and box markings mean?
AP vs BP on the boxes, and 068V on the blade.
The AP and BP are date codes, the number on the blade is a collectors club number.
Thanks, I was gonna use one and give one away. Wondering now if I should put the 068V back?

Nah, it doesn't really hold any more value than the other in the same condition. It just means that whoever gets all the 68V marked knives didn't want that.

Yeah, and 068V could just be a collector membership held by a retailer who just sells them off.
Only reason I'd see them catching more is if you coincidentally find one that is a birthday, or lucky number or something... otherwise, more often than not, many prefer to not have the distracting number on the blade.

BTW, first real use of the df2 hap40 was open a can of coconut milk, wife couldn't find the can opener.

I finally got mine from GPKnives, which is ironically the last order I placed. Only thing I've heard from knifecenter is that the order is still being processed, and I've had nothing from osogrande... Spreading my orders was definitely a good idea lol, though I would like a spare.
The knife is everything you would expect a dragonfly to be, with a fantastic handle color and scary sharp factory edge to boot. Thinking seriously about getting custom scales for this one...
