What other knives have you tried?

SOG Vulcan; Buck 110 (held up pretty well, actually), 882; Spyderco Endura4, Para-Military, Military; Benchmade Nitrous Stryker; 5.11 Investigator; ZT 302 (very expensive lesson there).

I understand your premise. It's one thing to have a strong knife but it's another thing entirely to use it. I agree. I have a fetish for destruction tests, and I mean really destroying, not pushing an envelope a bit. Like how much pressure from a hydraulic ram could X and Y and Z knife stand? I plan on having some titanium liners made for my ER MPC just for the hell of it.

That's pretty interesting. I might take some old blades & put them in a 40 ton press to see just how badass they really are.
