Has anyone used a Rat Cutlery Izula

I'd buy one, personally. They're super cheap, the rubber keepers that are provided are a huge help, and it was designed by a forum member! What's not to love!

Yeah, I figured I could make one myself, but it seems like Mercop has it down pat. I'll probably pick one up later, and make my own in the meantime :) Sorry for drifting!

Everyone should own an Izula. I EDC mine; lighter and stronger than a comparable folding knife, and the warranty is the best in the business.

I've battoned plenty of things from splitting wood in order to obtain squared pieces to cross-grain battoning heavy bamboo...It's far too short to be a great battoning knife, but I always have it on me and it will take anything I can dish out on it. I have never babied it and it just keeps asking for more.

Durability isn't the only selling point, however. It is lightweight and performs very nimbly in the hand.
