Has William Johnson fulfilled his obligations?

I just talked to William on the phone, I will be going to see him this weekend, he has knives, no money. I will gather the knives (as per the email I sent ya) and I will ship them out Monday 4/17. I think the guy wants to do the right thing but has no money. Maybe he is BSing me (I hope not) but I will meet up with him this weekend so we can put this to rest.

I just sent you email regarding this.

No money? Pls. tell him I can accept credit cards through my knife-dealer friends, whom I've already contacted and gotten permission from. This is his most viable option, coz he can just pay his credit card company the minimum afterwards, at his own sweet pace.

His knives are of no value to me now, so please don't accept those. I never agreed to accept knives from him, specially after letting me wait all these 10 months, and repeatedly trying to get one over me (the latest being the refund check scam). If he wants to do the RIGHT thing, he should just give me my money back. If he kept saying he has no money, then the credit card option above is his best bet. He loses nothing, and won't have to report him to his CO anymore.

And yes, he's probably BSing you like he did me and the others in the past.
