  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Hats & Knives

The pic of my carries today turned out fuzzy, but the shadow of my hat is in focus

Beautiful girls Vince, you teaching the little chef new recipes or she teaches you? ;)
Thanks, David. That's my older one, who lives in Fort Worth. My son is teaching her. The other granddaughter lives here in town. I'm sure my other son will teach her.
My daughter (16 years old) is a pretty good cook herself. My wife has mostly taught her, but I'm not a bad cook myself. I grill a mean hot dog!

My old favourite Akubra Camp Draft in bluegrass green. We have done lots together over the last decade or more. Almost time to replace her.

Also my “new to me” Case Gunstock in red jigged bone. I have been building up my multi blade collection a bit lately.

My friend that Akubra has years of life left in it. I know people that have had Akubra's for 40 years plus. Yours still looks brand new.
