Caught this little filly. I got a knife on, under the oilskin, which is over the heavy fleece jacket cause it was kinda cold. She ain't got one though. Might have to make her one!

Not a stain on the hat,just a shadow. Hat is a Justin statesman, a clone of a Stetson open road. Initially had a cattleman crease,I reshaped it to more traditional fedora style. These are made for Justin by the Milano hat company, 6X fur felt. Knives are the '19 forum and an Opinel No.10.

Swiss camo cap and my Victorinox Woodsman from the mid to late 1970s. (Similar to the modern Huntsman but no toothpick or tweezers.)

Nice cap, nice knives, nice photo!

I've worn these knit caps far more than I wanted to for most of January and February. Now that March has arrived, I hope they'll start getting considerably less use. One of my sisters knitted me the colorful one about 40 years ago. I wear it over a ball cap in our house in the cold weather, and when I go outside, I wear it over a ball cap and under 1-3 hoods, depending on wind chill. (I'm miserable if my head is cold.) The dark blue one was a Christmas gift for 2021 that my wife knitted for me. I've been wearing it to bed most nights since I got it. Both are shown in unfolded state for covering my ears, and in a more stylish, dapper "flaps up" configuration.
