Hats & Knives

Greg, Camillus made a lot of contract knives before WWII, and that long pull spear looks like Camillus to me.
What do you think?

Could be. I never did look into it. Long pulls were fairly common back in those days. I have quite a few examples from the 1930-40's. All of them doglegs.

Hello Horsewright Horsewright ,

Do you know the make of this cowboy's shirt? Looks like a Carhartt logo on the pocket, but I'm not sure. There is no shirt like it on Carhartt's website.

Thanks!

Was ya able to track down the shirt? Funny thing bout that pic. I made those chaps for his girlfriend. Look like they fit him pretty well too. She‘s got a job in town now and don’t need the chaps as much. He’d bout worn another pair I’d made him out.

Just wanted to wish everyone who frequents this thread all the best for the New Year & upcoming year. Better stick to the MO and post a hat and knife. Bought this the other day, didn't need it, but for 5 Bucks what the hell. ;)🤝.

Don’t ya believe that Sth Cali thing. I’m sitting here grilling/semi smoking a salmon filet. I’ve got a fleece jacket on and a heavy Carhartt coat on over that. Heavy wool socks and my toes are still cold, the glass of single malt is not helping! Course we are at about 4200 ft so there’s that.
