  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Have you handled a Spyderco lately?

While I have just a handful of Spyderco knives, this Stretch is a true EDC for me. It's the first thing in my pocket when loading up in the morning and is a critical member of my Big Four: wallet, phone, keys, knife. Huge gratitude to ironwagon ironwagon for letting this one go.

My favorite knife co!

I don't really love their liner and framelocks though. They all seem to have light detents, I think they're designed to, but it's not for me. Those all seem to come out of the Taiwan factory. Thankfully the Seki factory makes...probably the best pocket knives in the world. Back lock actions get a lot more fun when you have a choil you can trust. And down in Colorado they make the coolest and most innovative locks in the industry.

I used to think they're ugly but the handles are so comfortable, and the tempers on their steel are always reliable. Love to carry an ugly knife

Of all the Spydercos, over all the years, only this one remains in my possession.
