Have you seen the new Benchmade Neil Blackwood folder?

How does BM plan to market it with the round opening hole? Did they license it?

Wow, nice knife. The only Benchmades I own are Bali's. If the quality and price is there, I would be very interested in getting one. We will have to wait for more info and see. The price mentioned earlier is in from a dealer outside the US and their prices are usually higher due to the tariffs.

Yeah but it also has the 921 at 213 Euros and they sell for under $120 . . . if you do a ROUGH conversion that would mean these would go for about $140 street price.
That may be optimistic but just I just divided the 213 euro price they list for the 921 and divided it by a rough US street price of $120 which give a conversion of .563 SO .563x247=$139
ONE CAN ONLY HOPE!

Back with the real deal. Picture borrowed from Mr. Blackwoods site.
Now this is a knife.

Don't know why the image tag does not work?

Although the proud owner of a couple of Neil's fine creations and a devotee of his work, being a med-student means that my blade budget is quite small....

This Benchmade-Blackwood is just the ticket for a guy like me, who can't quite afford a Skirmish off-hand.

:)

Kudos Neil, on a wonderful collaboration.

PS: Although I'd love to have had an AXIS with this knife, that's beside the point. I'm not overly biased against liners at all. :)

Allen...is this one a framelock ?

Great collab work there Neil...now about that folding Henchman proto ? ;)

I really want to see some specs on this knife! Does anyone know the blade length?

Sure does look pretty...

I had no idea that there was going to be such a knife. This knife is going to be a winner. The only thing holding it back might be the price. This knife is bound to be in Benchmades Gold series.
