Here's my comparatively humble combo:

Cold steel head (I think..? purchased by itself) with oak handle/leather "work" done by me and custom made knife from a Native American craftsman in Georgia.

My current combo is my custom Laredo and a CS Trench Hawk, I eventually will swap out the plastic handle on my hawk for a nicer wooden one
