And if ever some Pond Scum G10 is offered for the 3"...my now blue textured Ti would get a swap to that G10 so that pair of EDCs match.
 
But if stonewashed textured Ti for 3" and Gen 4 3.5 is offered...I can go that route too. Gladly.
 
I think the simple problem is that post #1 isn't read since the thread is so massive now. I liked original idea, but it's hard to keep things on track with a thread this large. No angst on my part, I just want it to remain on track if possible.....If not we'll figure out another way. :D
 
I'll keep a closer eye Rob.
If You and Everybody find it useful - it's worth keeping on track and active as a centralized communication tool. :thumbup:

I'm still watching for the day the textured Ti returns.
 
This thread is very useful. It enabled me to pick up some Ti beads that I've been waiting on for a while before they sold out. So please keep this thread open. I think we can all abide by the rules!

I want a blasted, blue anodized Ti scale for my gen 4. All matching knife would be awesome. Maybe Rob will hook it up! haha

Variants mentioned on the site that were available in the past include bead and sandblasted, but the blue looked to be on SW. The future holds so many awesome ideas that my head spins just thinking about all that could be offered.

But putting that want in the HUH is what this thread is for.

We post our wants and if they come up, others give us a Heads Up. It's the community looking out for one another.

Agreed, I believe I need one in 3.5" and 4", looking forward to Rob letting us know when those are available again, I have one on my 3", this happens to be an 'extra' stonewashed version but you wouldn't really know it as that 'diamond cut' pattern really reflects the light and makes them more brilliant

I used my 3" today for cutting zip ties, polyethylene tubing and working in my garage. I really need to sharpen it ASAP, it is so dull with portions of the edge rolled.

Rob - Add me to the list of those that wants to know when Ti textured scales are back in stock.

Extra stonewashed aka lost in the tumbler. :D

As things become available I will continue to keep you guys posted. I'm down for a ti scale also, 3.5", GEN 4.

You still hunting a skull filler tab? I know of one available, cheap.
 
Looks good, RDA.

I've got blue on my 3", but my all bronze 24 makes me want the 3" and all other full Ti XMs to stick as close as possible to one color. I like accents and such, but feel the Ti scales should match if possible.

Or maybe I should look for a blue 3" to wear my current scale. Maybe the future will bring a little blue 3" Spanto Flipper...who knows. Even the Mayans get things wrong...:)
