I'll will start taking orders first come first served.
This is in the jelly jars, the smoked $8.00 and regular $7.00. Plus S/H
Working on a smoked tomato and habenaro salsa that will also be on sale. :barf: :barf:

George,

Have you considered the legal issues involved? What if some poor unsuspecting middle American eats that stuff and spontaneously combusts? No, but seriously, I've had George's relish, and if you're into great, HOT sauce this is the one for you.

Do you ship to Korea?

John

I dunno John, the Germans in Texas I'm related to can eat hotter foods than Mexicans.
Sign me up, IG. PM me the particulars on how to get some smoked IG Heat Treating Relish.

No argument there. Texas is more North Mexico than middle America--I can say this since I'm from California, one of the other North Mexicos. I was thinking of some of the more tender tongued states.

John

Count me in if you're willing to try for Canada. I don't imagine home preserves from Great Grampa IG would be a problem.:)

Could you ship the relish and Salsa together?

Rob!

OK guys!!
Rob, this is the first time making the salsa this way and haven't finished it. So I not sure if it will meet my standard of Heat. I put kosher salt, vinegar in the brew and vacuum seal the jars. I forgot to pickup garlic to do it up today.
The salsa will be with allot on home grown tomatoes. peppers and herbs.

Perfect timing, IG! I've been thinking I'd like to get some HTR for my bro. I'd love to get a jar of each. Still got any available?

-Allin

IG, $2 worth of pins for $8 worth of relish? With math like that no wonder you're still drinking Bread-in-a-Can! :D

Well the salsa is done and the test subjects ( One was GrassHoppa) really liked it so I am just wait to harvest more habenaros to do up a batch of the smoked.

Let me know how much for one of each (relish and smoked) to;

Box 564
Cremona, Alberta, T0M 0R0 (thore are zeros - not ohs)
Canada

Thanks

Rob!

Please add on a jar of the salsa for me.

Guys!!! The relish and etc. I am going to blend it with lower heat pepper. These are the hottest peppers I have ever grow. I love hot flavor, the salsa that I made was 8 quarts with 10 peppers in it and I ends up with my eyes watery, nose running and my total head sweating.
Believe it or not. Jay Mc. ,Paul S, and GrassHoopa we were sitting BS on one of the picnic tables and had a open container of the salsa and a fly flew into it and just died.
