So, how did the fly look and taste after being heat-treated?

I thought the whole idea of HT relish and salsa was to make it hot. I just ordered some fire brick from Darrin Ellis to store it safely - and now you're goona woose it down?

Plants are still growing. Should have you covered. The colder the nights get the hotter the peppers get. They really do not have to get any hotter.
