Heat Treating Relish

Put me down for two of the smoked. I've got just the victim for the second jar :D
Dan: do you want me to ship or are you coming to pick it up?????
If shipping send address. :D

Guys if you have arthritis in your hands, take a 1/4 teaspoon of relish and mix it with a 1/2 cup mineral oil and rub it onto your hands. Just don't touch anything else for awhile. It stings ,but my joints in one of my fingers hasn't lock up since I have been making up the relish.  :D

It'll be a while before I can get down there -- this fall is really crazy. On the other hand, I've heard rumors of an upcoming hammer-in...

Dan; I not sure on the HI. It's crazyer around here trying to get my son settled and they want me to go back to work.
Better send address.

Why would you want Dan to send a dress, IG?
Got the IGHTR & Salsa... Well, it didn't burn my face off, but it is tasty and rather hot.
My neighbor gave me some Thai Hots that were just turning from green to orange, and I could feel the heat on my skin... Hot doesn't come close to describing them. :D
Thanks, George.

I'd like to try some habanero relish or salsa if there's any left...If it's not too late, send me an E-mail with the details on payment and availability....I made some hot sauce a few years ago... Used habanero and thai pepper in a tamatillo and garlic base...great grilling sauce or paint remover ;) I could eat it on anything but on the grill was best....E-mail---gardnerclf@yahoo.com named my sauce Jim's Habanero me up and Thai me down pepper sauce

IG,
I'll get you some seeds.
My son tried to burn his face off yesterday. I told him your relish was hot, but you know how kids are... :D

It arrived today! We were having hamburgers on the BBQ so it was perfect timing. I figured I'd try a spoonful straight out of the jar to see how it tasted. It's only moderately spicey by Canadian standards but very flavourful. With shipping, this stuff cost me about $13 a jar (about $300 CDN) and I am here to say it is worth every penny. IG, if you have more, I have needs on my Christmas list. I would have phoned you but my tongue fell out.

Rob!

The relish was very good. The smoked relish was incredible! I haven't tried the salsa yet but will as soon as both ends heal up.

Seriously, if you have it, I'd like to order four more sets (relish, smoked and salsa) for four different addresses.

No wonder you are famous. You make knives too don't you?
