Heavy duty fixed blade EDC

We don't have felonies in Canada, we have Criminal Code violations (summary offences, indictable offences, and hybrid offences), and selling cutting tools to a minor is not among them.
In Canada if he is caught with a large blade "easily concealed" inside his jeans as he indicates, the knife will almost certainly be determined to be a dangerous weapon. Then the authorities go back to the person who sold it to him, especially if it was sold to him without parental permission or knowledge. Is that an indictable offence?

Sounds like speculative fiction Arathol.
Thats how it works, especially if the parents have money for a good lawyer. Then after the criminal courts, there is civil court, where the plaintiffs burden of proof is far less stringent. Todays society is far more litigious that you seem to realize.
Besides, if he is in the US, in most places it is illegal to sell a knife to an underage person regardless of your semantics.

Thats how it works,

No it's not. I have been there when I was a minor. I was held responsible by the court.

And in many places it's not, regardless of your personal preference on the matter. Can we be done with this? My position has been made known.

Ok, I'm searching now for a fixed blade edc knife. It would be a heavy use knife that can be hidden under waist band and I would prefer a tougher steel like 3v or Elmax and handles like micarta and G10. Full tang plz. Reccomendations?
So many. David Mary, Cahoon, BGM, Terra, CPE, JJ Smith, Tony Mont, Gollik, Siegle, Daddo… All quality makers that stand behind their work because they do their work correctly.

I like to EDC a small fixed blade. My knife requirements are less SD related and more utilitarian so I can't really speak to the former if that is the OP's aim. I don't like carrying stuff IWB because I like my pants to fit properly so I carry items on my belt (OWB) or in the case of a lot of my small fixed blades, in my pocket.

I've posted this pic a couple of times already so hopefully I don't aggravate anyone by posting it again but this is demonstrative of a good spread of small, tough fixed blade options, many of them made by some of the excellent makers that can be found on these forums.

(top to bottom)
- Tope Bulldog in 3V (not as familiar with this one, got it in a trade and haven't put it through its paces yet)
- T.M. Hunt (got it in trade so unsure of steel or model name - tough little guy though)
- Gold Knifeworks AUK3 in A2
- Carothers EDC2 in D3V
- J.J. Smith in AEB-L (just got this one and it's a new favorite)
- Lorien Arnold Mr. Kotter in AEB-L
- Siegle Knives "Puukko" in 5160
- Redmeadow Knives Cowbell in 52100

I also belt carry a more traditional puukko quite often (pictured below) and I also will carry one of CPK's DEK series knives if I want something a bit larger (also pictured below).

Now all that being said, it doesn't mean I would make a knife for someone underage, whose guardians were unaware or unwilling for this to take place, or someone who lived in a jurisdiction where minors are prohibited from purchasing them. I asked in our PM conversation:

"I need to know the following information before we go any further, given that your profile says you are 15:

The city and state you live in, whether your parents or legal guardians are aware of and approve your purchasing of knives, and whether you are willing to put me in touch with them to verify that you are indeed allowed to bring a knife into the home."

He said he would send it over, but that was almost fifteen minutes ago, and to my way of thinking it is a simple matter to immediately answer "Yes were are in AZ (for example) and my Dad or mom is cool with it, and they would be happy for you to call. Here is their number".

To my way of thinking, it doesn't take fifteen minutes to be able to come up with the answer to these. I'm not comfortable proceeding. Thus my final PM:

"I posted in the thread. If I am mistaken, I apologize, but my decision is to decline the job, with my thanks for considering my work."

I may have misread the situation. I have some info to check out but it looks like the possibility is strong I will take the job after all.

TOPS Mini-Pry knife?

Honestly, doesn't meet a lot of your specifications, but. The blade shape may make it easier to convince people that it is a tool, not a "weapon", and it wins the title for "tough" over just about anything except Busse.
