Hell bent for leather

I am using "Latigo Lace" .125 In (3mm) by Artminds in medium brown (Made in USA). Purchased at the 'Micheals' chain of big-box craft stores.

I does not fit through the CRK lanyard pin hole (at least not easily) so that is why my 21 has it wrapped on the slabs (first picture in thread). Of course the 25 has no pin, so that's easy.

CORRECTION: the lace will fit through the lanyard pin hole. You just need a very long angle cut to get it started.

That Sebenza is the ultimate CRK leather experience. Tie a leather lanyard on it, put it in a leather sheath, and stuff it in the pocket of your leather pants, and you are pretty much done.

Ive never heard of or seen a leather sebenza before. Thats pretty nice

Ive got 1/8" (4mm) through the pins pretty easily, i slice about 3-4 inches in half and slide it through the pin and cut that part off.
Only takes a min

I was recently able to repurchase my Small Classic MM Blackwood Sebenza(my 1st). When it returned it was sporting a little leather. I think it is a nice touch.

I put a drop or two of superglue on the end of my "hangman" noose so it doesn't slip around... I am ocd about the two end pieces being the same length.

Leather inlaid Large 21 in the exchange, hurry up...

Did someone mention leather? Bumped for Lemmuhj.....a gentle push in a good direction.
