Gotta be a mistake - 10 mm is 1 cm or less than 1/2 inch. It probably should be blade length - 10 cm (4 inch), overall length 22 cm (little more than 8-1/2 inches). Otherwise your whole knife would be under 1 inch long (mind you it might fit into my mini PSK )

Other than being so short, it looks like a great knife.
