Help me About Scott Cook!!

sorry of course, but as I see you with the mail is also not all right, the knife was sent to Russia and came back and it is not clear for what reasons

Calm down fellow.

Fact 1 -- you have the tracking number + invoice from the Seller.
Fact 2 -- it takes 2 minutes to find the route of your order using Google Maps

So it should be in the hands of knifemaker with the 99.9% probability. Based on my expericence it should travel from ID to San Francisco ISC (international service center aka "sorting center / customs" in Russia) or Portland. Then there is a flight to Russia. I think address had not been written correctly and the parcel was delivered back. It can't be customs / export problem because parcel hasn't reached any ISC (based on the tracking number provided).

So I guess Scott will ship it once again ASAP. He is a very busy man... Just ask him using USPS Express at this time...

Thanks
