Help me find my “for life” $300-500 “overbuilt” folder

I love 110s, but I would argue that the 110 is the first wannabe OVERBUILT folder. The knife is about 90% brass and weighs a ton, but then has a tiny little pivot pin. And, the lock indentation on the blade is so shallow I'm surprised there aren't many more failures. Again I love em, but they would not be my first choice to beat on.
 
110 doesn't even have a threaded pivot , how is it supposed to hold up so well with a little baby pivot pin with no threads to lock it down? Cold Steel has a much better lock back and threaded large pivot. Just because the 110 weighes a lot doesn't equal tough. And yes, I had one fall apart before.

If the American made version is still in stock when I get some cash, I probably will pick one up. :thumbsup:
