USPS insurance?
That only covers lost/damaged goods, not unsent goods.
And the payment usually goes to the sender, so sometimes bad people get your money AND the insurance too. Sucks.
If you used CC, PayPal or USPS M.O. you have options.
CC: Charge Back
Paypal: unlikely, but charge back
USPS M.O., if cashed and sender can not prove they sent the item, it is wire fraud and you can threaten Federal Action.
