I dislike small yappy irritating lapdogs also! Thank goodness I don't have those kinds of dogs.

Lhasa Apsos are small, not yappy, not irritating, and rarely are lapdogs. They are extremely intelligent and were bred to be used as guard dogs for the Dalai Lama in Tibet. A very keen sense of hearing and they would bark if they heard a strange or unusual noise, such as an intruder who had gotten past the Tibetan Mastiffs. They still perform that function.

I believe you are probably thinking of the Shih Tzu breed, who I consider to be small yappy irritating lapdogs. Although some are very sweet and quiet.

Lhasa Apsos are just big dogs in a smaller body. Not afraid of anything.

Well, Cougar, you're Mod. Lock it up. Poochie has a name. It was just gonna be Dancer, but in honor of all of the mall ninjas we have here, and considering the black black blackness of his coat, He is Ninja Dancer! I couldn't put mall on the front - I would have to vomit. (is "vomit" allowed in community?)
