Help, murder knife.

Who would've thought a generic butterfly could be so much fun.

Good job original poster.

I think you are all missing the major point here.

If the knife was made in CHINA, then the killer must be CHINESE. Perhaps a covert operative of the Red Army. There may be more to this case than meets the eye...

Then again, maybe it was Colonel Mustard in the library with the candle stick!

We may never know. ;)

When I first started reading this, I figured the OP was a lawyer gathering info for a case. About 10 posts in, I realized that if they were a lawyer, I'd hate to be their client. Maybe something got lost in translation but I would figure that if they didn't understand English very well, they wouldn't ask this kind of a question a forum that is all in English.

Lets stay on topic guys.

Wait, what was the topic?

Oh yeah, we are done here, time to close the thread IMO.

I am gathering that sarcasm is not a common practice in Sweden? In case you have not picked up on the suttle undertones present our dialogue that we here in the use it to express frustration, anger, humor and get our point across with being overly rude or abrasive. And we love it!

I would like to say that I regret not finding this thread sooner, I feel my talent could have been much better utalized.

Hi, can anybody tell me what kind of knife this is.
It was used in a double murder in Sweden 2004.
How old could it be?
Original or copy?

This knife is referred to as the Chinese mall ninja and most commonly seen in urban regions inhabited by the greater North American hood rat.

Sarcasm is very common here, but it's up to the individual to actually get it. Also, in this case i fear that OP might be a lost cause from the beginning.

it's actually interesting to read through this entire thread and watch as the answers start out serious and then progressively get more sarcastic page by page as people realize this guy's never going to understand this knife cannot be traced.

This says it all. :P
