Not all knife stores will ship autos out of state. I believe it was knifecenter(might have been another of the big ones) wouldn't ship me one even though I have my CCW and can legally own and carry it in my state, Florida. They were very polite in explaining why and it wouldn't stop me from buying from them again, just no autos. Found one at my local gun store for the same price.
Bottom line, he can sell to whomever he chooses.

It just takes one whining kid running their mouth to ruin things for everyone.
I doubt anyone helps you for $25 and the displeasure of having to speak with you any further. Why don't you just wrap this up and find a different knife? I wouldn't do business with you for 4x that amount of profit.

1st off before even posting anything you should have checked with the seller to see if he was even willing to sell it with a 3rd party. No one is going to do it on the sly, we already have one of those threads going.
Once you insulted him you probably killed any chance of him wanting to cooperate, and made anyone else skittish to want to help you.
I would be surprised if the seller will sell to you now under any circumstances(even if you came to Fl.), but if you want to continue you need to get with him and work out the details(of what would work) before trying to bring others into it.

If it is just business then why couldn't you read his terms and abide by them. Rather, you are trying to get around his terms. Plus all the name calling and foul language. If not then just keep on about how it's OK to have terms and believe in the Easter bunny sure it's your right to only sell to people with blue hair you have the right to be a pain in the ass if you want to. I have the right to use whatever tools I need to get the kinfe I need and legally as I said before there are no laws against sales or shipping auto knives to Georgia. Thanks for all the help guys

Owning one in Georgia is different than shipping one to Georgia.
I can own and carry mine in Florida, once I ship it to Georgia I am breaking the law. You won't be once you receive it, if what you say is true about Georgia's knife laws. If you sent it back to Florida you would be breaking the law.
