Help! "spydrman",where are you?

Hello All,
I really need your help in a confusing and complex situation I found myself in.
For about 2 years I ordered and received products from a dealer named "spyderman", with the e-mail address inthewebb@aol.com. I ordered 2-3 times' and everything went fine. I live overseas (Israel), and was satisfied with his service. Also with an impressive catalogue I ordered from him. However- After building my trust- On October 2005 I ordered and paid for my "biggest" web transaction- (a 1200$'s worth) with him. (payed via PayPal). Since the package did not arrive- I wrote him a few times - until he replied on December that "the package bounced back for some reason" and asked me to verify my address with him and that he will re-send ASAP- which I did. When I asked him to let me know if he received my e-mail- I received no response. I akso received no response to further 6-8 e-mails durinf Jan-Feb 2006. All of them in good spirit, BEGGING for an answer.
I believe the man is in business because he sells on "blade auction" site. Again- I had no reason NOT to trust him, and even now I hope to receive the package. Maybe he shipped on December via Sea' Which might take 2-3 months- OR maybe I'm a complete fool and simply can't accept the fact that I will never see what I ordered... I HAVE patience- but the fact that he ignores all my mails- is humiliating and confusing.
ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT TO DO? ANYONE HAS CONTACT WITH HIM?

...And that is exactly why it's so offending- As I wrote in my request for help/advice- and as I saw in the details you supplied - He IS in business- and It's the SAME email- inthewebb@aol.com- That I keep sending him my unanswered mails...
I think that if a dealer ' for some reason is unable to supply a paid for item- Any cosyumer can understand and accept even a long delay. BUT ignoring 6-8 emails is a mystery for me. Not that I have any clue what to do- but i'm not going to just "forget" that 1200$'s +shipping costs are in someone's hand, and i received nothing...

Send him message from BA. Your e-mails can be blocked for any reason but the message stays there...
 
I have NEVER had any luck with Mike, Spyderman, 8-Legged Freak, nor whatever he may call himself on various forums and sites. Glad all of your past deals have gone well. My transaction on BA about 2 yrs. ago with him was a nitemare/abortion and I would'nt use him again ever, he has even contacted me recently for a knife I posted I was looking for, not realizeing it was I. When i mentioned our specific problem from yrs. ago he dissappeared. Some have had luck with him? BUT not I just My opinion and expierence, sorry, I do hope all works out for you most importantly! Feel free to email me for detail of what transpired if needed. Thanks ONLY to the owner of BA, my situation was eventually rectified.

it was 2 yrs. ago BUT yes I do believe that was his name. We spoke 3 times via email and he was helpful.

Right now- 16 items are for sale in BA by Spyderman. The only way to contact ANYONE there- is HIS e-mail. I tried to write to him through the BA site- nothing.
I think that there must be some way to address the "head" or a responsible someone on BA that "spyderman" is problematic.

What is the connection between 'josh" and BA or spyderman? For a second I thought there is someone who can kick spyderman out of business in BA until he behaves like an honest Dealer and take responsibility for his problems, and now THIS? Another someone who does not respond?:confused:

I think they are saying the PVK Josh and BA Josh are one i the same. hey shows how little i know..didnt realize that. Just goes to show also though that josh has helped out consistantly (FOR I anyhow :-) Hence I chimed in Positively/accordingly in that thread. Some interesting questions have come up there as well though? Go figure?

PVK Josh and Bladeaucton Josh ARE the same people. Spyderman is just a seller with his own seperate dark cloud that has followed him around for some time.:thumbdn:

I'm trying "Josh". I hope he will be a good protector to BA users , If not for my sake- for theirs...

Shmulik, you live in Israel. I have sent this package to you 4 times it has come back to me. You do not respond to my emails. What more can I do?

I sent you another email today. Hopefully you can respond. Your items are right here next to me.

How about some communication or some $ back to your customer. It's been way too long in my opinion for the guy to see his money or his knives.

shmulikm, how long does it take normally for items to ship to Israel from the U.S.?
