Help! "spydrman",where are you?

I buy plenty often here, so finding out who bad apples are from the good are my direct responsibility. Clear up your end before trying to insult others. :thumbdn:

I guess if you can't get him his product then you will have to figure out a way to give him a refund. Those are really the only two options. What reason is being given for the package not being delivered?
 
Shmulik, was this paid for with a credit card? Things may work out in the end, but if not and you paid with a credit card, it is time to look at doing a chargeback. You have 180 days from the time the card was charged to apply to have the charge reversed.

Edited to add: I know you stated that you paid through Paypal, but I'm just making this suggestion in case you made that Paypal payment with a credit card.

Spyderman- Some sellers are real good at taking money, but piss poor when it comes to finishing. Maybe.....If they tried harder to deliver, they wouldn't have to do spin control. I know it is a cutthroat business and there are always 2 sides to every story, but every knife forum I am a member has stories of how difficult doing business with you can be. I have been wrong before, but I will take a pass.....for now, until I hear this is cleared up. Follow through with shmulikm and you may gain back some trust and respect.

You may refer to it as "s*** slinging", but to me - a person who's never heard of either party before - I see shmulikm as a guy who paid $1200 and you as a seller who still has the stuff "right beside" him months later. Somewhere along the line a refund should have been sent if you couldn't get the stuff delivered (despite all the other orders going through without a hitch). If not, there are other methods, such as public forums, to try to reach somebody. That's the way I see it: You've got the $1200 and he's got nothing several months later. Yeah, it's just a bunch of "s*** slinging" alright.
 
Yep take a look at who comes out on top...You sold me a POS knife and you claimed it to be a REAL Boker and it was proven that it wasn't.Seems I'm not the only one that thinks your Spyderweb is full of victims.:jerkit:

I read that thread front to back. It's amazing what attitude he has. Arrogance does not sell knives. He should have refunded Masterchef's and Shmulikm's money if he wanted to save face. He's making his own history.
 
If you look at the end of that last thread it looks like there was someone else that had a problem with SPYDERMAN. The fella didn't get his knife until Paypal got involved. Not sure how that equates to SPYDERMAN coming out ahead by the end of that thread.

Syderman, you have had four chances to get the package delivered, how do you propose to make it work the fifth time when you don't seem to have been able to get it done so far? If there was a way that would have worked then that's what you should have done and the knives shouldn't be sitting beside you right now.

The strange thing is that he claims THAT I IS THE ONE WHO DID NOT RESPOND! AND THAT THERE IS A "PROBLEM" WITH MY ADDRESS.
How come only after I turned to this forum his mail managed to connect with me?
Anyway- Let's all give SPYDERMAN enjoy the "bebefit of the doubt". I re-sent him (again), today, My address ' which I did on December. And hope to get the package and forget it all. D'u think i'm over-optimistic?
I must be a VERY cool person to ignore e-mails from a dealer in whose hands I put 1200$'s +shipping costs...;) Anyway- Both spyderman and me have learnt our lessons.
I'll keep you all posted. Meanwhile- Let's all blame the computers and the internet, and give spyderman a chance.

I changed some settings around with my ISP and I think I will have better email ability.

This forum and this thread has very little to do with any actions I will take.

Due to the nature of the package and its contents, I will refrain from any further discussion regarding this matter within this forum.

I just don't know what he thinks will be different about shipping it this time than other four times he says he shipped it. I doubt he had the wrong address. Fifth time lucky I guess.
 
Ya, but since you tried and failed four times, it seems like it's you that doesn't understand, and there isn't any beauty in this situation at all.
 
Let's stop it. As i wrote- Both Spyderman and me learnt something. Now let's wait for results. Until then- Let's cool things down for a while.
I'll keep you all posted when it comes to a conclusion.
It's nice that there is an actual virtual "community" that helps!!!
