Yes! The verdigris patina is what I was thinking. Thanks for putting a name to it! I love how much character there is in this finish. And the more I look at it, the more I'm loving it. And seeing bluewolf3868's pics also shows me that there really are no two alike (a big plus!) - it's as if each one has a story of its own.

I'd love to see more if others who scored one are willing to post pics of theirs! Would love to see the variations and how (differently?) they turn out!

I like to imagine it will be in the new National Treasure film, as Busse Combat is indeed a national treasure. Maybe ol’ Nick Cage grabs it from the treasure to dispatch of a baddie, or uses it to help progress through a clue of sorts. I’m probably way off, but still a fun thought.
 
Anyone else? Any official/unofficial news from Busse crew?

i don’t have cable subscription anymore... so if someone finds out, I’ll have to dig on the interwebs!
