Good Grief-this week Dave got an alligator for food and Cody got upset with him.Anyone watch the new show before it about a guy and his wife doing survival ?
 
Yeah that was Myke Hawke and his wife. Man, Woman, Wild. I thought it was great. It seemed to be a common sense approach for the most part.
 
Anyone notice that the narrator says that Cody is out of his element every single time?
Oh yea does anyone have the idea what knife was Dave using? Reminded me a bit of ESEE-4, but I didn't get a too good view of it.

"Man, Woman, Wild" - it was EXCELLENT!

I really enjoyed this show - it was narrated well, lots of instruction and real-life drama/incidents to illustrate how beautifully dangerous the jungle is.
 
Dave's knife in Dual Survival is a custom one from Blind Horse Knives based on a design of his. Used to sell it off his website. Out of production, for the moment, but that might change with the show out.

Cody's knife, you can find out about in one of his books. Can't remember which off the top of my head.
 
Cody's is a Mora. I think he uses it in every episode, while Dave switches up
