Wow--you guys've been busy!
Anyway, you've pretty much got the first set: squirrel, fox (the very circular footprint plus small size means either fox or, if it seems plausible, a ferocious wild Pomeranian). Then we had deer come through the area, and the small little prints looked like raccoon to me, but it's hard to tell from a photo because of the weathering.
Big Mike has himself following a Virginia possum. Hand-shaped front, long hind, and erratic walking pattern. Although, oddly, possum usually leave a squiggly trail where they drag their tails through their own tracks. I don't see that here.
