Ok, folks. Going unsticky since you have email comms. First posted review will be sticky so people don't miss it, then we'll stick and unstick as needed from there.
 
so is the list of people the order its gonna be sent in? if so do we all send our addresses to HD and then he sorts them or do we shoot our addresses to the person ahead of us on the list? HD has email disabled so i can't email him...

I was really bummed when Brian pointed out to me that I had figured out criteria that didn't include you. My intention was mainly a set of criteria that would mostly avoid anybody who wasn't a regular. But for sure you are a regular.

I was excited that you volunteered because you do great reviews and post great pictures:thumbup:

On the other hand my intention to treat everybody equally compelled me to stick to the rules.:thumbdn:

IMO it's up to the people participating if they want to send it to you for review only. I have no problems with it.:thumbup:

Well I guess you can leave it up to the participants.

I was planning on making a quickdraw sheath similar to the one Aliloff made for his Pen Knife.

Either way is fine. I think I have most folks addresses now and I can let them know or vice versa.

I'd suggest when people posting when they receive it and then after they post their review calling out to the next person on the list. I'll email the person doing the review with the raffle of the next person.

Bladeforums won't let you use Hotmail so the Email function on BF has my work email and I have it shut cause I don't want to use it at that level for non business stuff. But my home email is listed in this thread:thumbup:

Sorry - you're a great contributor here and I hated seeing you not get in on this, but once HD posted the rules, we gotta stick by them so people don't get upset.

However, this is HD's passaround, and you guys know each other.
 
I have no problem with letting him test it, and by all means if he wants to make a sheath that's a very nice gesture. I'm just looking forward to testing it and of course it would be awesome if I was to win it.

I am afraid I am going to have to back out of this pass around. I got word friday that I will have to go out of town again for an extended business trip and will not be around to try out the kukri. I wasn't expecting another trip so soon, which is why I signed up for the pass around. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you HD.

It will take a long time for it to make the rounds. I could tack you on the end and if you're not back by then get someone else?:thumbup:
