Eh... They're OK. Don't get me wrong, they look great, but I don't like perma handles... If you didn't epoxy them to the blade, just each other, those would be perfect!
 
Thanks guys, Oxide, I get that, I prefer non removable handles myself, I think I may give removable wood handles a try on my potbelly JAB I just got ( same box as the bk17)
 
You realize I was kidding right? Those things are the bomb man! The only reason I prefer removable handles is for cleaning.
