HOG Badger (New Model). . . .Specs And Pricing. . . Coming This Wednesday 11-1-17. . .

what is the "PB discount" ?

"Piggyback discount." It reflects Busse's savings (passed on to you) in making the BG at the same time as the INFI version.

Either that or "peanut butter discount," because this knife will be such a good peanut butter spreader, and everybody should at least be able to get a BG PB Spreader.

The only thing that I can think of that would make this better, is option to Add Handle Liners. Other than that, I love all these Blade finish options lately

Oh man another one I just cant pass on. Wicked nice looking blade yeh like a CS DS for sure ha very nice!

"Piggy Back". Busse saves expense when they can run the BG's with the INFI on a model without having to change anything for setup. We gets a piece of that pork by way of the Piggy Back discount.
Cool, thanks for the info ... for this size knife the SR-101 might be a more useful version but that DC looks really sweet, i might have to get both :)

Well while the talk of finger choil , no choil is mentioned, How about a swedge option ?? I'd like to see that :-)

Smooth handles too! I am in heaven.
Coated with Black canvas Please Amy.
Any color will do, as it'll be etched and stripped asap.
Killer Sweet blade Boss! Thanks bunches!

Can someone post a pic of Big DC with lots of usage / wear? I know I am getting one of these in Satin but I am curious what th Big DC looks like once beat on for a while or am I better to go 2 satin?

Thanks,
Justin

with the G10 handles being smooth what are the canvas ones likely to be like?
Would they also be smooth or does Canvas Micarta always have a bit of texture?

Thanks

I'd go for a swedge option. I could see some of these coming out of the CS with a swedged bowie grind too; maybe in a future Ganzaaa.

Oh yeah.

Oh, man. This is one that I've always hoped for. Basically an SOB with a longer blade and no bricks on the handle. I can't afford one but I may be able to convince myself to go into debt for a BG version.

I can't remember, do you actually have to order one in INFI to get the piggy back discount for the BG version?

No.
My understanding is that the BG price is set the same for everyone and as mentioned earlier, has to do with reduced tooling costs associated with producing the SR-101 versions alongside the INFI versions simultaneously.
