"HOG Muk" Proto. . . Sneak Peek ! ! ! !

The supreme dislike of the handle on the SAR5 may have lead to it's death but I'm not sure. Jerry himself has never posted anything about it. I think it'd be an awesome blade.

Funny, because the SAR5 handle is one of my favorites - getting rid of the goofy choils and putting the talon hole somewhere that it won't waste usable edge is genius in my eyes.

How can the SAR5 be so hated by Jerry when the Sus Scrofa is so dang ugly??? :D

that is in the eye of the beholder.

and last time i checked i wasn't all that pretty, but the old lady stiil say's i am. must mean i'm a keeper!

I emailed Jerry about an INFImuk about 2 hours before he posted the first pics. He said it would happen, but not when. I keep saying a prayer that it will come. The style of the Mini is what I want.

I don't post here that often but a glimple of this knife has me foaming at the mouth. I want the HogMuk bad, it looks perfect!!!. Please bring this one Jerry...please bring it soon

I'm not generally into muks but somehow Jerry made 'em look good!

Now if Jerry would just make it a NM-MUK to go with the rest of the NM blades and the SAR4 & 8's!!! WOW what a perfect companion knife to the big boys. I couldn't resist this one. Satin w/ Black G-10

I'm such a fan of nessmuk style blades - I just love them. If these were made, I think I'd buy 3 or 4 - this is my grail of grail knives!

I wonder if one could be commissioned by the custom shop... :p

Jerry, the muk does rule.....you should seriously send me a proto and i will let you know things that you my want to know....:confused::confused:

maybe if we ALL commission the custom shop to make a forum edition they'll give us a group rate :D

Just say the word and I'll start negotiations

;)

I dunno, it's gonna be hard to beat the combination of light weight and crazy comfort on the Scrap Muk. Love those mudder handles....

And the SY version even has a choil that's actually useful

In other words, if they make the top version of this one, I'll probably buy it. If it's the bottom one, I'd likely sit it out.

I agree - I do love the scrap muk, but imagine the hogmuk in all its bama clay goodness and glory!!!!

I'd just love the feeling of a full tang muk - I real CLEAVER!

I keep going back and forth on the Koster nessies..

I think the top version is a much better design.

Hopefully they make the top one

I prefer the blade and lack of choil on the top one, but I'm a huge fan of the mean street/active duty type handle... just melts into my hand :p
