Pride and The Passion- pretty good knife fight scene with some very large navajas.

The Count Of Monte Cristo- (Richard Chamberlin version)good fight scene between a young guy with a navaja and a gentleman type with a sword. Navaja wins by getting inside the sword.

I recall Platoon had a lot of highly visible knives, including Kabars, Cold Steel's Safe Keeprers (even though they weren't around in the 1960s), issue bayonets and USAF knives.
 
Tom Brown designed the "Tracker" himself for The Hunted. Dave Beck made a few models, now TOPS of Idaho Falls, ID manufactures the "Tracker."
