Hi steve,I'm waiting on my local canadian tire for more of your fav mini bucks, then I'll send a little package your way.I would say a polygraph would clear your son of any wrong doing, then lay it on thick to the insurance with a good lawyer and make the bastids pay.
You know how to get to me all right!
Do you use polygraphs in court in your neck of the woods, the land of flipper pie? Here the judge can allow or nix them I've read per DAUBERT v. MERRELL DOW PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., (1993) a US Supreme Court case.
I had a good law firm but found working on two fronts, son's criminal and our civil case, overwhelming. I have a strategy on both but the civil matter is on the back burner. It rests somewhat on the outcome of the criminal case. The insurance carrier hasn't denied the claim. Thank you for thinking of us. You ever see icebergs off the coast anymore what with global warming?
