I often find myself in the middle of an argument all alone, but on neither side of it. Thats when you step back and let the voices do their thing. And of course side with the winner when its over.
You really know insomnia has kicked in and made some changes when you start answering questions nobody asks in the middle of the night, then spending 10-15 minutes wondering what the question was...... Its really a strange thing... All of a sudden you say something like "well yea probably so" out loud.... but then dont even know why you said it... This spirals a thought process trying to figure out......
A: why you said that
B: what question you answered.
And C: who you were talking to.... This leads to more questions....Like what happens if aliens or spirits invade your mind and then screw up when they erase the evidence and so on....
