Prayers sent, smoke will be offered later after the kids go to bed. Some people shouldn't be parents. If you cant handle the responsibility, there are thousands of people out there that cannot have children that would do a better job. We live in a suburb, nothing like a busy city but rules are rules, my children are not aloud to cross the line where the sidewalk gets closest to the road.

Prayers also for that driver of the SUV. I couldn't imagine the weight they have on their conscience right now.
 
@spike: the BK10-LE *is* a camillus that also carries a kabar stamp.

The Ka-bar one is the blade to get. Better, and with warranty.

Day is over and Christine and I are heading out to enjoy a pint. We'll make sure to have an extra beer (or two) for our US friends. Happy fourth of July!
 
Front rain gutters are clean, shop is about half clean, beer is chilled and a whole bunch of chicken, beef and pork (and a little bit of jalapenos and habaneros) is out of the smoker. I predict I will gain at least 5# this weekend. Don't worry though, I bought a new belt this morning. :p

I got a bottle of Jack, some Mexican Coca-Cola, and a twelve pack of Redd's.

Also almost finished profiling a boning knife for next deer season.

sorry, confusion. orange one is 100%. Mahogany is 115%. Both are mines! 85%, 100%, 115%. Good news is I don't need another, so at some point there will be Hikers ready for the world.

I understood... It's no problem... When you're ready to get rid of the orange one, or if you make another one with black handles and orange diamondwood liners I'll be there to buy it!

Ohhh.... black linen over orange G10 would be HAWT. I've been looking for an excuse to do that combo, but toxic green was all the rage. :-)

We flew the Betsy Ross flag at the ranch today.. Hope everyone is having a great day. Heading out to see fireworks and have some beers, have a fun and safe time, all!

Understood, I love me some orange g10, and some dark linen, black or blue would be gorgeous!
