That's pretty sweet, Warrior. I love the classic look of that blade!

It's freakin' nice brother. Really enjoying it. I was surprised about how big it was. Has a nice feel, and balance about it.

Absolutely, drive safely everyone! Share pics of the gathering, so all of us that can't make it can enjoy.

I'm taking my son or to shoot his 22 rifle this weekend. He got out as a gift this spring and the weather finally looks good enough for the weekend that we can go blast some targets. So far I have some Visi-chalks, gallon and 2 liter bottles and peeps to set up as targets. Anyone have any other fun target ideas for a 6 year old to shoot?

It's always fun to head to the dollar store for targets. Water balloons just blown up, suckers. plastic Easter eggs. Clay pigeons are good too. Stuff of that sort are always fun targets. Have a good time man.

I like stuff that biodegrades.
Crab apples are awesome, but tend to attract bees...

barring that, steel targets are endless fun with no cleanup. And if you're shooting the 60gr Aguila subsonics, the time delay between *bang* and *ping* is like a giant airgun pellet. Fun and Fun-ny.

Sweet looking blade clich.

yeh, for normal sized people :D Thats a two finger handle for you right? Although since you posted about your hickory im worried about the MBC, since it has the same point after the front finger choil. That may annoy me

Haha, I'm not that big. That Old Hickory may not do that to your hand though, or the Busse for that matter. Depends on hand size.

I just ordered a newer style hest fixed blade :) We'll see if I like it better than my izula 2.

Very true picking up all of the balloon scraps and bits of plastic is a pain in the butt.

I have one attached to a pack. I really like that little sucker. The heft 4 is pretty nice too. Haven't figured out why so many people dislike them.

working it, working it:

40 yds. compound.

almost boring, it's like shooting a gun.

took some shots estimated range to 50 yds and 60 yds. yow. next up: 80 yds.

Coolest thing I ever used for a target was a can of cheap shaving cream. Hit it at 50 yards with a 55 grain .223 out of my AR. It was awesome.
