Horrible decision..knife or gun?

Keep a good eye on the Tomcat. I can't prove it but was told by a number of gun dealers that they had two recalls early on. The first to correct a feed ramp problem that hung up on silvertip and similair hollow points and the other for frame stress cracks. I had one that only after 20 rounds decided that the trigger pull and recoil was not what I wanted for a fast small hand gun. I do own the 21 in 22 cal. and am very happy with it. I also have a problem with Glocks. I do not think they are crap, they just do not fit my hand and feel very awkward. I have no problems with recoil in a hand gun that fits my grip, as my EDC is Para 12 in 45 ACP.

My Tomcat has been perfectly reliable. I got it back in 2002 I think. I use only premium ammo in it though(silvertips mostly, hydroshock too.) I always use good ammo in these "small guns", it really helps reliability.

I used to dislike glocks too, but I love and own some now. Many dont like the trigger pull, but I just shoot better when I have a consistant trigger pull. Heavy or light, I dont care, just consistant. And you sure can cram sh*tload of bullets into those Glocks!

The only reason the city buys them is because Glock sells them to them at cost which is $73.00 and I assume that includes shipping.

Price seems kinda cheap, but Ive heard stranger things.

If they do in fact cost only $73.00 to make, then Im even MORE impressed with Gaston's innovation.
