Very cool, looks like that Mestano is holding up well for ya. Ya hadn't seen ya around these parts in a bit. Hope things are going well. Don't know bout you guys up there but we've had green grass around here since end of Octorberish!

Don’t recall seeing that one before, David. It’s a beauty!

Things are good here, just busy. I thought I was busy when the kids were little, now that they’re teenagers, I know what busy is.
Same here on the grass, been green since October. We got a good start but then had a month of fog and it stalled out. Somehow there’s no drought, but we also haven’t had any rain for a month so it’s starting to get worrisome. It’s getting warm now and the feed is coming on again, cows are fat and calves are growing, so everything is good…for now.
Thanks buddyDon’t recall seeing that one before, David. It’s a beauty!

Yep no free rides from Mother Nature that's for sure! Hope ya got your heater fixed. Read an article yesterday said the weather was gonna flip. So those of us that haven't had much winter we're about to and those that have had a bunch are gonna warm up. Suppose to happen mid month.I hear that Dave. Mother Nature's exacting her pound of flesh. Turnabout is fair play, I guess.
We can't complain much. Occasionally we get a reminder not to get too big for our britches.
Right now, I'm just glad the propane furnace is working since the heat pump (condenser unit) decided to blow a capacitor, (I'm guessing), Saturday morning.
Just finished off five Boot sheaths yesterday. Had an order for one and went to our In Stock container and dang we were out, so kinda suspended what I was doing and built up five.Definitely a winning combination. I use the original sheath and slide into RFP or wear on belt, still, the boot sheath is versatile and well done.

I work in two different steels for the most part. 26C3 high carbon Sith what I call a working hamon and AEB-L stainless. The AEB-L runs at 62-63 RC and the 26C3 at 63-64 RC. I find the characteristics and performance of these steels very similar. What steel? I like the hamon

It just gets better and better!
I was lucky that my HVAC guy, who I have a good relationship with stopped by Monday evening after working on homes which didn't have any heat...and got us fixed up. The capacitor was slightly out of spec, but probably wasn't the main or only culprit. Anyhow, after getting it running, then serving up cold then heat, he took all the appropriate readings and it was working with excellent numbers at the supply and registers.Yep no free rides from Mother Nature that's for sure! Hope ya got your heater fixed.
That’s a looker, David. Gonna need a new woolcarta family photo! The Cowboy showed late this afternoon. Caught me by surprise as I wasn't expecting it till Friday. Sure is a nice one. Thanks pard
