I want more real old school Horton designs.

Crazy milled machine looking grooves and cut outs.

Thick (but not crazy thick) blades will all those grooves and cutouts....

Never mind the smooth, meltdown, normal, no groove blades...


I'm just saying...

Ive seen the video of the spdr chopper so I know your chisel grinds are vorpal but how did the blade feel in your hand when you cut into the medium? Did it shift to the side?
I know end mills, Chisels and planer blades are used on things that are stationary or at least some what stable. How would a chisel ground blade react on a live(moving unstable, inanimate) target? Would it torque you wrist any different than a coventional grind?
 
I've heard that a chisel grind will "pull" to one side if you try to cut through cardboard.

True?

Don't know, BUT I worked in a restaurant that had a cheap, sharp bread knife that used to "drift" in one direction. Waiters and waitresses were always cutting themselves until we figured it out and "lost" it.
 
Freinds a lot of it depends on the edge. My spdrs have already gone through the legnth of cardboard before the veer left or right. I'm bringing some neckers. You can play with
