I use 6's for small ducks, 4/2's for big ducks, BB for Geese, 4/5s for Pheasant, don't do dove, and wabbits i usually go 22 or 17, so no help there.

Ive been busy getting this done to my Gen4 G17. It ROCKS! groups have improved, and so has engaging multiple steel plates/targets!!

This is my carry gun, not (just) a range toy!

Trijicon RMR 8 MOA red dot co-witnessed with Ameriglo supressor sights. Work (milling, refinish and mounting, sight install) done by One Source Tactical.

OST also provides a kydex IWB holster that fits the package, so I am ready to go! The red dot is really easy to pick up with the co-witness sights.

Bar-Sto Barrel, too.

That is cool Tom. The sights co-witness? I may have to do that to my 19, so I can see over the can. ;)

I wouldn't hesitate. OST turned it aound in just 2 weeks.

it radically improves my shooting, which was already pretty good.

Nice package Tom  only it's 9MM ;)

Nice shooting too!

Would you post a pic of your holster when you have an opp?

IWB designed for Appendix carry, but I use it at 3 o'clock:

The computerized "Rogers Range" at my "club:"
the targets can be programmed to appear from behind the "hostages" for as long as you want, then disappear. You can do all targets, all he time, or random appearances. They fall when you hit 'em, and reset automatically. Too Cool. Each lane goes from about 10 yds to 25 yds out.

Thanks, guys.

BCBT,
I like the red dot over the amber. The battery lasts over a year. I never have to send it in for lamp changes. I've had to change too many night sights.

I had planned to buy an Aimpoint T-1, and co-witness the irons, but I picked up this Trij RMR (4 moa red dot) pretty inexpensively used, so I thought I would at least give it a go.

It doesn't co-witness, just a bit too tall, but it DOES auto-adjust for light conditions, which the Aimpoint doesn't do. When you throw the rifle up to your cheek, the dot is RIGHT THERE, no looking for it.

It works just great for me. Hitting the 6" target at 100 yards grouping 3-4" from a rest, and hitting the steel target standing unsupported all day long. I like it.
