Had a great day shooting today. Nick's 7 year old son has been saying he wants to be a Marine and go to war(like dad), so I took him along. He had a blast.....literally!

***HK45 Update***

Looks like this wont be happening for me afterall

Apparently it's made in the US for the US market,,, I just don't get that ?!?

I can get the USP in .45ACP, but I allready have an USP in 9x19mm, so that's a bit boring,,,

Been trying to get this sucker since September 2009,,, I'm a little ticked off at the local gunsmith for not knowing the availability in the first place,,, now I get to start the whole journey through red tape again for another gun,,, yes, Belgian gun-laws sux !

The gunsmith is going to write a letter to the governor explaining things, so I hope I don't have to pay another 90 Euro for another permit,,, and more importantly, I hope I don't have to wait another few months for a new permit to clear,,,

If I can't get an HK45, I'm getting the next best thing,,, a Glock 21 SF !!!

,,,and I have seen that for sale on a Belgian site, so nobody better tell me I can't get that one or I'll go Horton on their ass !

ps: ,,,and yes, all this hassle for a simple semi-automatic handgun in .45ACP
