The Belgian weapon laws consist only of such vague rules,,, in the end, overhere, it's all upto the decision of the judge,,, so, two cases with identical facts can have two very different outcomes,,, :rolleyes::grumpy:
 
Here's the kicker...

If gun owners home is broken in and the guns are stolen - the crown will often charge the gun owner with "unsafe storage" - the charge is easily defeated in court but its costs the gun owner $$$ in legal fees.

If they succeed in breaking one persons will and let them give up their firearms its worth it for the government....

I understand where vltor is coming from, and a lot of times it seems like the only way to get a big company to do anything is to take them to court. I can't say if it will better the industry, or even vltor, only time will tell.
