caa, rock river, and LMT all make stocks similar to vltors.

I guess there is only so much different ways to make a collapsible stock.

Its kind of sad that one company sues another when most of the AR's are build with many different companies all striving to improve the final product.

Vltor makes kick ass receivers / rails etc - Magpul make all kind of furniture goodies can't we just get along?

we should just invite em all here to the club! all hatred must be checked at the door:D

Anybody use Pelican or Storm cases? I'm thinking about a case for the bolt gun.

What is the best way to cut the foam?

i had a pelican 1750 travel vault for a bolt gun,,, cutting the foam is a pain in the ass,, if you look you can find precut that would be close to your set up

Thanks Truk - assembling home build machinery is not what I'm good at.....:foot: I can fix traffic signals instead....lol:barf::barf:

My gunsmith also won't cut the foam lol...maybe I should take the hint there....but he suggested to draw the outlines and then freeze the foam before cutting.

That's pretty cool - thanks mang....

I'll have to see if there are any Storm dealers in Canukistan.....

I've heard people mention freezing the foam b4 cutting too. Also heard mention of using an electric knife,,,:eek::)

Nice :thumbup::thumbup:

I just read that Storm was bought out by Pelican - so far they are producing two separate lines of both brands but how long I don't know.

The general consensus is that Storm is better than Pelican but I have owned neither.

Would be cool to get a smaller case and put two Glocks and mags there as well.

Here @ work we use the Peli Case 1150 to transport our handgun,,, seems a very sturdy bit of kit,,,
